Dhoti can be worn in different ways and it also depends on the place to decide which way or pattern to be followed to wear the dhoti. Let’s suppose, in Punjab, both the men and the women prefer wearing it as they are very comfortable and give an attractive look. In Tamil Nadu, only men wear it. Here, the highly preferred colour for dhoti is white.
